Travel Home Health Physical Therapist job in Kennewick, Washington: Begin your assignment in Kennewick, WA and help patients regain independence and mobility in their homes. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, educate patients and caregivers, and document progress. Responsibilities include assessing home environments for safety, recommending equipment, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

Required qualifications include a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, an active Washington PT license, and current CPR certification. Experience in home health care and strong communication skills are recommended
