The clinic is a modern outpatient physical therapy center focused on delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care. You will join a collaborative team of physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and support staff who value communication, mentorship, and a supportive work culture. In this role, you will evaluate and treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, spine care, and chronic pain. Typical responsibilities include performing comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, implementing therapeutic exercise and neuromuscular re-education programs, and providing manual therapy. You will also be responsible for patient education on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies. Interdisciplinary communication with referring providers and other healthcare professionals is an important part of the position.
A typical day may include a mix of new evaluations and follow-up treatments, with patient caseloads structured to balance productivity and quality of care. Patient demographics may include adolescents through older adults, with a broad range of activity levels and functional goals. You will utilize outcome measures and standardized assessments to track progress and inform treatment decisions. Shifts are generally daytime hours on weekdays, with schedules tailored to accommodate both patient demand and clinician preferences when possible.
