Travel Physical Therapist jobs in Hiram, GA offer a 13-week contract in an outpatient clinic with five eight-hour day shifts, totaling 40 hours per week. You need at least two years of outpatient experience and a Georgia PT license. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients ages 0 to 99 with neuro, ortho, sports, pediatric, OT, geriatric, and TMD/TMJ cases. Productivity expectations are 16 visits scheduled per day, 12 visits treated per day, and a cancellation rate of 25–30 percent.
