This outpatient clinic offers a dynamic, rehab-focused environment with all three core disciplines—PT, OT, and SLP—working side by side. You will treat an even mix of orthopedic and neurologic patients, including higher-complexity cases that keep your skills sharp and your days engaging. Expect a caseload that challenges your clinical thinking while allowing you to see real, meaningful progress in your patients’ lives. The schedule is straightforward and life-friendly: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, day shifts on a 5x8 schedule. Your typical day will include evaluating and treating a diverse outpatient population, collaborating with other therapists, and tailoring evidence-based plans of care. The multidisciplinary setup creates built-in collaboration and a team feel, with frequent cross-discipline communication and shared problem-solving.
