This outpatient Physical Therapist opportunity is based in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, a welcoming Lowcountry community known for its relaxed pace of life and easy access to both nature and city amenities. The position is within a well-established outpatient therapy clinic operated by a large, nationally recognized rehabilitation organization. The clinic focuses on orthopedic and sports-related conditions, providing evidence-based care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Patients commonly present with post-operative orthopedic cases, acute injuries, chronic pain, sports injuries, and work-related conditions, offering a broad range of clinical experiences that can enhance your skill set and strengthen your resume.
You will evaluate and treat patients across the lifespan, develop individualized plans of care, and guide patients through progressive therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, and functional training to help them reach their goals. Documentation is completed using a structured electronic medical record platform that supports standardized care pathways and efficient workflow. The clinic is equipped with modern rehabilitation tools, exercise equipment, and treatment areas designed to support active, engaged therapy sessions.
Typical schedules are full-time weekday hours with the possibility of staggered start times to accommodate patient demand, such as early mornings or later afternoon/evening appointments. Patient volumes are consistent with a busy outpatient practice, and you can expect to manage a full but reasonable caseload, often supported by physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation technicians to maintain patient flow. Collaboration with other clinicians is encouraged, and you will have access to peer support and clinical resources from a broader regional network.
