As a Physical Therapist in this clinic, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and progressing patients through their rehabilitation programs. Typical interventions include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, balance and gait training, and functional movement retraining, all guided by up-to-date clinical guidelines and best practices. You will chart using an electronic medical record system, maintain accurate and timely documentation, and communicate regularly with referring providers regarding patient progress and outcomes. A typical day includes managing a scheduled caseload of adult and adolescent patients, with occasional geriatric and young athlete populations depending on referral patterns. Caseload volume is structured to allow for appropriate one-on-one patient interaction, thorough assessments, and individualized care. You will coordinate care with physical therapist assistants and support staff, ensuring that each patient receives consistent, well-organized treatment. The environment encourages collaboration, clinical discussion, and ongoing learning among team members.
