Job Description & Requirements
Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)
StartDate: 7/20/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2228.00 - $2296.00

This Physical Therapist position is based in Dallas, Texas, a thriving metropolitan city known for its energetic arts and music scene, professional sports, and booming culinary landscape. Dallas offers an attractive blend of cosmopolitan living and friendly neighborhood communities, with easy access to major entertainment districts, museums, parks, and an international airport that makes travel convenient. Residents enjoy mild winters, a wide range of outdoor recreation, and a lower cost of living than many other major U.S. cities, making it an appealing place to grow both personally and professionally. The role is within a modern outpatient physical therapy clinic focused on musculoskeletal and orthopedic care. The clinic features contemporary treatment spaces, open gym areas, and access to updated therapeutic equipment designed to support high-quality, evidence-based care. You will be part of a supportive, collaborative team that includes other physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and front office staff dedicated to delivering excellent patient experiences. In this position, you will evaluate and treat a primarily orthopedic caseload, including post-surgical rehabilitation, acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, sports and work-related injuries, and general mobility and balance impairments. A typical day includes performing thorough evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, leading therapeutic exercise and manual therapy sessions, and providing clear, actionable patient education to support long-term outcomes. Patient volume and scheduling are structured to promote efficient workflows while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety. You can expect regular daytime clinic hours with potential for some extended hours depending on clinic needs and patient demand. The schedule supports a balanced professional lifestyle while still providing a dynamic and engaging workday. Documentation is completed using an EMR system designed for outpatient therapy, allowing for efficient charting, outcomes tracking, and coordination of care. The clinic culture emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth. Physical therapists have opportunities to refine their skills in specialized areas such as sports rehabilitation, spine care, and work conditioning, and to participate in ongoing education and clinical development programs. This environment is well-suited for clinicians seeking to advance their clinical expertise, contribute to a high-performing team, and build a strong professional profile within a respected outpatient organization.
