At the remote outpatient clinic, you will manage a diverse caseload that can include post-surgical rehabilitation, orthopedic conditions, balance and gait issues, and general musculoskeletal concerns. This environment offers a high degree of autonomy, allowing you to shape treatment plans, influence clinic processes, and build strong relationships with patients over time. The outpatient setting is ideal for a therapist who is comfortable with independent practice and who enjoys educating patients and families on long-term health and functional goals. A typical day may include conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, providing one-on-one therapeutic interventions, coordinating discharge plans, and collaborating closely with providers and nursing staff. You will transition between inpatient and outpatient settings as needed, with schedules structured to balance patient needs and treatment continuity.
