This outpatient Physical Therapist role is based in Avondale, Arizona, a vibrant community in the West Valley of the greater Phoenix metro area. In this position, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions in a general outpatient setting. Typical diagnoses include post-operative joint replacements, sports injuries, spine and extremity pain, overuse injuries, and balance or functional limitations. A standard day may include performing comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized care plans, guiding patients through therapeutic exercise and functional training, and utilizing manual therapy techniques and modalities as indicated. You will collaborate closely with referring providers and other rehabilitation professionals to coordinate care and monitor patient progress.
Patient caseload typically consists of scheduled one-on-one or small-group treatment sessions across a steady, outpatient schedule. While exact volumes can vary by clinic and season, the environment is designed to support appropriate productivity while maintaining strong clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. The clinic follows structured scheduling and documentation workflows to help you manage your day efficiently and ensure continuity of care.
