This outpatient Physical Therapist position is based in Sun City, Arizona, a vibrant community within the greater Phoenix area known for its sunny climate, resort-style amenities, and welcoming, active adult population. Typical responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment planning, manual therapy as appropriate, therapeutic exercise prescription, patient and family education, and coordination with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals. Therapists are expected to track measurable outcomes and participate in performance improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care. A typical day includes a mix of evaluations and follow-up visits, with a strong focus on one-on-one or small-group treatment sessions that allow for meaningful patient interaction. Patient volumes are structured to support quality care and thorough documentation in the electronic medical record. Clinic schedules generally follow daytime weekday hours, with potential for some extended or flexible hours depending on patient demand.
