Patient interactions are a central component of this role, with time dedicated to explaining procedures, ensuring comfort, and answering basic questions about the imaging process. The outpatient environment generally offers predictable daytime hours with scheduled appointments, providing a structured workflow and minimizing overnight or emergency call demands commonly found in inpatient settings.
