Take the next step in your physical therapy career with an outstanding outpatient opportunity in beautiful Kenosha, Wisconsin. We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a busy and collaborative outpatient rehabilitation team focused on delivering exceptional patient-centered care. This position is ideal for a therapist who is passionate about helping patients improve function, restore confidence, and achieve meaningful quality-of-life goals through evidence-based treatment and individualized care plans. This full-time opportunity offers a consistent schedule of five days per week, eight-hour shifts, with patient appointments scheduled in 60-minute treatment blocks. Hours are typically 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., allowing providers the time needed to deliver high-quality one-on-one care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The position is expected to begin on December 14. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience or specialized interest in pelvic health rehabilitation. Pelvic Floor Certification is preferred, and therapists with training in pelvic floor dysfunction, women's health, post-partum rehabilitation, pelvic pain management, incontinence treatment, and related specialties are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will be comfortable evaluating and treating a diverse patient population while collaborating closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary rehabilitation professionals. As an outpatient physical therapist, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, establish individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled therapeutic interventions designed to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall wellness. You will educate patients and caregivers, monitor progress toward functional goals, document care accurately, and adjust treatment strategies as needed to support optimal outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your patients while helping them return to the activities that matter most in their daily lives. The clinic fosters a supportive and team-oriented culture where therapists are encouraged to utilize their clinical expertise, develop specialty skills, and contribute to a positive patient experience. Whether treating orthopedic conditions, post-surgical patients, pelvic health diagnoses, or general musculoskeletal impairments, you'll be empowered to practice at the top of your license and make a lasting impact within the community. Located in southeastern Wisconsin, Kenosha offers the perfect blend of small-city charm and metropolitan accessibility. Nestled along the shores of Lake Michigan, the area features scenic lakefront parks, miles of walking and biking trails, a vibrant downtown district, diverse dining options, and year-round community events. The location provides convenient access to both Milwaukee and Chicago, allowing residents to enjoy major city amenities while benefiting from a more affordable and relaxed lifestyle. Qualified candidates must possess current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist and demonstrate strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills. Therapists with pelvic health training, women's health experience, or pelvic floor certification are strongly preferred, though clinicians with a desire to expand into this specialty area are also encouraged to apply. If you are seeking an opportunity to provide impactful care in a supportive outpatient setting while growing your expertise in pelvic health and rehabilitation, we encourage you to apply today. This is an excellent chance to join a respected rehabilitation team, develop meaningful patient relationships, and advance your professional career in a thriving clinical environment.
