Cardiovascular Non-Invasive Technologist - Echo Sonographer - (Cardiac - Echo - Sonography - Sono)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 10 D Pay Rate: $2152.00 - $2218.00

Scrub Color: Black Flu Vaccination is required for all travelers from November 1-April 1. Declinations/Exceptions are not accepted. Call Requirements: As required by facility Required Certifications: BLS from AHA only, RDCS OR CCI Registered Years of Experience: 2 yrs plus Float Requirements: As required by facility Number of Beds: Inpatients and outpatients. If a sonographer works a 10hr day- they would be expected to complete 9 patients in their shift. Patient Ratios: 1 patient at a time, 10hr shift- 9 patients, 8hour shift, 7 patients, etc Equipment: Philips Ultrasound machine EMR: EPIC Must Have Skills/Experience: Echo tech 2+ yrs, 2 Years technological education to provide patient services using diagnostic ultrasound to gather necessary data to determine cardiac conditions of patients. Must have a current American Heart Association BLS Heart saver Card or obtain within probationary period and RDCS or CCI registered. Additional information: The Cardiac Sonographer is a skilled person qualified by technological education to provide patient services using diagnostic ultrasound to gather necessary data to determine cardiac conditions of patients. Other: Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements: This individual must be capable of walking long distances, transporting ultrasound equipment and assist in lifting patients. Candidate may perform Cardiac stress test and/or assist with Transesophageal Echocardiograms but not mandatory. Performs related duties as assigned.
