Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation - (PT - Rehab)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1293.00 - $1490.00

PT needed ASAP Type of equipment : hi-low mats, Nustep, II bars, steps, balls, weights, car simulator, Bioness L200 and H300, BITS interactive computer system Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: M-F 830-5 (start and end times are flexible, but 8hrs is standard) and 2 weekends during 13 weekend assignment (added to the rotation with regular staff -would have 2 other days off during week) Floating policy: No floating Patient Experience requirements: 1 year Certifications: BLS Requested Skill Set: Experience with inpatient rehab and the Care Tool preferred Procedures performed on unit: Wound care Black scrubs and closed shoes
