This is a MANAGER POSITION over the respiratory unit. Will be expected to do scheduling, timecard approvals, leads the department, handling HR (hiring, training, scheduling, performance), operations (budgets, equipment, compliance), and ensuring high-quality, regulated patient care for cardiopulmonary conditions, often by developing protocols, supervising staff, and collaborating with other healthcare teams. They balance administrative duties with clinical oversight, sometimes providing direct patient care, and focus on efficiency, quality, and staff development.

Experience: 2 years
RT-MA
Certifications: RRT-National Board for Respiratory Care(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 7 years
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
Must have previous management experience
