Seeking an experienced PT (1+ years, no new grads) to provide care for adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients. Responsibilities include evaluations (Fall Risk, Gross Motor), case management, and managing ~55 visits/week. Must have active state PT license and registration.
Preferred Certifications: BLS, CPR, ACLS, OCS/NCS.
Skills: Ortho (ACL tear, back pain, fractures, etc.), Neuro (CVA, Parkinson’s), EHR (NextGen).
