Travel Contract for PT starting ASAP

• Active, unencumbered state Physical Therapy license (as required by facility/state).
• BLS/CPR Certification (Healthcare Provider level).
• Knowledge of current physical therapy standards of practice.
• Strong skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, evaluation, and documentation.
• Ability to supervise and guide support staff, volunteers, and students.
• Excellent communication, organization, and patient‑advocacy skills.
• Ability to work across departments if floated.
