We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) team. In this role, you will provide compassionate nursing care to residents, support daily living activities, administer medications, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a safe and supportive environment. The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care to elderly residents.
Active LPN license in the state of practice
Minimum 1 year of LTC/SNF experience (preferred)
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong knowledge of LTC documentation and resident care standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and assessment skills
Ability to lift, move, and assist residents as needed
