Travel Contract for LPN Long Term Care - LTC for 13 weeks with Lancesoft starting 03/16/2026 - 3x12 hr days

• Active LPN license in the state of practice
• Minimum 1 year of LTC/SNF experience (preferred)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong knowledge of LTC documentation and resident care standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and assessment skills
• Ability to lift, move, and assist residents as needed
