Position Title: Labor & Delivery Director
Department: Women’s Services / Maternal Child Health
Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts
Reports To: Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
Required Qualifications
Minimum Experience:
5 years of experience as a Staff Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery
2 years of experience in a leadership or Director role
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
Certifications:
Current RN license
Fetal Heart Monitoring Certification
STABLE Certification
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
