Setting: 95% Outpatient Dialysis (rare inpatient 1:1 if admitted)
Schedule: 3 shifts per week (11 hours each) – Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Shift Times: Usually 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (depends on census)
Weekends: None
Holidays: Only if they fall on MWF
Monthly Staff Meeting: 1 Tuesday per month (~2 hours)

15-station dialysis unit (2.5 shifts)
Patient Ratio: 7–10 patients
Staffing: 2–3 Nurses + 2–3 PCTs
Requirements
Active Texas RN License
BLS / CPR required
Minimum 2 years Dialysis experience
Vaccine not required, but status must be reported
