Job Description:
O.R. Staff Nurse-R.N.Float Nurse------ Director of Peri-operative Services.
Dayshift, 4 10 hour days, 6:30 to 5 subject to change.
There is Call.
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Credentials in area of practice preferred, such as CNOR, PANAC, and AAOPU for Outpatient.
Must have active RN License for the State of CA.
All Patient Care personnel must be initially certified prior to patient care and recertified every two years in American Heart Association BLS. ACLS - all registered nurses employed in Nursing Supervision, Med/Surg, Emergency Department, Perioperative Services and ICU must be initially certified within six months of employment and recertified every two years in ACLS. PALS - all Registered Nurses in ER must be initially certified. Med/Surg, Perioperative Services and ICU must be initially certified within six months of employment and recertified every two years in PALS.
