Travel Contract for MLT - Medical Lab Technician starting 07/27/2026 with Lancesoft for 13 weeks - 4x10 hr PMs

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Medical Laboratory experience required.
Laboratory certification required (ASCP or AMT).
Holiday coverage required.
COVID and Flu exemptions may be accepted after a declination form is submitted.
Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the start date.

Hourly Pay Rate
W2 Pay Rate RT (Regular Time) $25.00
W2 Pay Rate OT (Over Time)  $37.50

Weekly Pay Package (Taxable + Nontaxable)
> W2 Wage (RT+OT based on expected hrs) $1,000.00
> Nontaxable Weekly PerDiem                  $1,568.00
Total Weekly Gross Pay Package               $2,568.00
