Case Manager Registered Nurse - RN in Mission Viejo, CA for 13 weeks with Lancesoft - Day Shift - $2700.00/week

• Minimum 2 years of acute medical Care Manager experience
• Must have experience specifically performing care coordination.
• Travel experience is mandatory.
• California RN/state license
  A pending CA license may be considered during submission, but the license must be active before the assignment begins.
• Acute-care experience
  Experience in an acute hospital environment is required.
