Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks with opportunity for extensions)
Shift: 10-Hour Days | 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM | 2 Weekends per Month
Location: Morgantown, West Virginia
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in C-arm, fluoroscopy, and general X-ray procedures, and be comfortable working in a high-volume acute care setting. This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to work with Toshiba Rad Rooms, Carestream portables, and OEC C-arms, and proficiency with EPIC EMR and Fuji Synapse PACS.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general radiology imaging, OR (C-arm), and fluoroscopic procedures.
Operate a variety of radiology equipment, including Toshiba Rad Rooms, Carestream portables, and OEC C-arms.
Ensure accurate patient positioning and radiation safety protocols.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation using EPIC EMR.
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Work in a fast-paced environment, performing up to 400 scans/studies per day.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Associate Degree or Certificate in Radiologic Technology.
Licensure & Certifications:
ARRT Certification (Required).
West Virginia (WV) State License (Required).
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required).
Experience:
Proficiency in C-arm and fluoroscopic imaging (Required).
Experience in high-volume radiology departments (Preferred).
Familiarity with Epic EMR and Fuji Synapse PACS (Preferred).
Contract Details:
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week.
Shift Schedule: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, 2 weekends per month.
On-Call Requirements: As required.
Floating Requirements: None.
Scrub Colors: Provided by facility.
Radiation Badge: Required (provided by the agency, not the facility).
